Noah is a health professional, certified nutrition coach, and advocate for herbal and holistic medicine — and the force behind Rhythm & Blend, a smoothie and juice guide that brought functional nutrition to everyday life. Now, he's back with something bigger.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Health and a certification as a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Noah has spent years studying the connection between the body, the mind, and the life we're capable of building. His philosophy goes beyond conventional wellness — drawing on the power of nature, plants, and time-honored holistic practices to support whole-body health from the inside out.
